If you make the bait yourself, place it in a small bowl such as a shallow bowl or a food storage container with a lid positioned as you would when using the sold bait units.

Use the bait generation in small areas. The taste of the generation works ideally in the cracks and pits that the cockroaches prefer to hide in while the bait units do not.

Change and switch baits continuously. Since bait units act as food sources for cockroaches, they will quickly become empty in places where cockroaches gather. The empty bait units may become hiding places for cockroaches.

The speed of unloading units will depend on the number of cockroaches in place. The sold bait units include instructions for changing the bait every 3-6 months or more if the cockroaches appear before the recommended period ends.

If you make the bait yourself, check it every few weeks and change it when the bait is applied or when cockroaches start to reappear.

Place the powder again every 3 to 4 months or as recommended by the manufacturer.

Remove insecticides from children and pets. Although these pesticides are relatively safe, they are still harmful. Be very careful while using pesticides containing boric acid. Do not use pesticides on food preparation surfaces.
